Recently, Indian Team played it's 1st ever qualifying Championship in Bangkok for Paralympics.

A friendly match between DSWBA & Inclusive Sports Federation of India, where abled & differently-abled played together in a new concept altogether.
Delhi Team participated in 3rd National Wheelchair Basketball Championship in Chennai, scheduled from 26th till 30th December and gave a tough competition by scoring 4th position among the 10 Teams, inspite of all odds. DSWBA would like to congratulate all the players and their sportsman spirit.!
It was a pleasure hosting our neighbouring country, Nepal and Inclusive Sports Federation of India, in introducing us to a new concept. Delhi State Championship was conducted from 29th November till 1st December, where tournaments like 3x3, 5x5, Hotshot & Knock out shooting competitions took place, after dividing teams respectively. 1st Residential Training camp organized in September 2016, for 15 days held at Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust. It was a Pleasure meeting Dr. Uma Tuli Ma'am, who has set a great example of running a successful institution like Amar Jyoti, which has been highlighted in Aamir Khan's show "Satyamev Jayate" as a place where abled & differently-abled study together.
